For what purpose do we process your personal data?
In AEGEE VALENCIA we process the information provided by the interested persons in order to keep a record of the associates, as well as the information and communications by any means of the activities carried out by the association.
How long will we keep your data?
The personal data provided will be kept for the time strictly necessary after the end of the relationship or activity but never for more than 3 years after the end of the relationship or activity.
What data do we process?
Within the framework of the provision of the services we offer and conditioned to the purposes consented by you, our entity will only process the data strictly necessary for the proper management of the relationship and / or provision of services, and will be exclusively those that you have provided us.
What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?
The legal basis for the processing of your data is the provision of the service and/or consent of the data subject.
To which recipients will your data be communicated?
In the case of a membership registration, apart from the registration, some minor personal data (name, surname and date of birth) may be transferred to AEGEE Europe.

Being this its safeguard also attending to the R.G.P.D.
For those members belonging to the Polytechnic University of Valencia, the association will also transfer some personal data (name, surname, ID card …) to this with the sole purpose of keeping updated the members of the association who study in that institution.
In any other case in which you provide us with your data, these will not be transferred to any third party except strictly those that the realization of the activity may require (how could be those necessary for registration in an accommodation included in the activity) provided that this third party complies in turn with the RGPD.
What are your rights when you provide us with your data?
Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not we are processing personal data concerning them. In this regard, you have the right to request:
- Access : The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether or not the data concerning him/her are being processed, as well as detailed information about certain aspects of the processing being carried out.
